By entering and signing into OZ Rooms with your Snapchat login credentials, you, “the user”, are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

OZ will receive access to all of the information made available by Snapchat’s login ki,t which includes, but is not limited to, the user’s profile information and everything related to the user’s Bitmoji. OZ has permission to publish, broadcast, and display any and all information pertaining to a user’s Bitmoji. OZ has permission to animate, adjust or project the user’s Bitmoji in any way or manner OZ sees fit and at any time after a user first signs into OZ Rooms using their Snapchat login credentials. OZ can therefore publish, broadcast or display the Bitmoji and the respective animation or adjustment during, any time before or any time after live or non-live events, and while the user is logged in and not logged in to OZ Rooms. The publishing, broadcast or display of Bitmojis can be in any media format OZ sees fit, which includes but is not limited to any physical and/or virtual media format.

These permissions apply to any and all entities controlled or serviced by OZ including Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy. By accepting you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
